He has to his credit development of many Brands in vocational education before venturing into Skill Development and Livelihood Enhancement of lacs of students across India. He brings a rich experience of working at grass root level in all geographical areas of India. SKILL Sarthi software is working seamlessly in his Company – M/S NIFA Infocomp Services (P) Ltd for the last many years and the software has been honed to excellence with experiences drawn from various facets of working in Skilling Domain with State Governments, Central Government Departments, World Bank and ADB Projects, CSR initiatives etc.
Mr Sumit Sharma is an MSC (CS) and has been working in the education and skilling space for more than a decade. He brings in a rich experience of working on many Technological platforms. He has been working on this project of development of “Skill Sarthi – a complete end to end Software for Skilling” for the last 3 years and has perfected not only the Skill Domain areas but also the functional areas like Accounts, Human and People Resources, Students Engagements etc. Maintaining the data on remote Server Locations and also on Cloud Storage is his speciality.
Mr Abhishek Dwivedi has been working in Education and related fields for the last 15 + Years and adds on simplicity to all business operations coupled with an astute understanding of various systems and processes, which have been now integrated into the Software – Skill Sarthi.
MrDilip has been working on the Projects – portal integration, assessments, Training of Trainers, Academic excellence and has contributed in a big way to some of the Software’s features like Effective Training Delivery by integrating the automated Whatsapp communication, auto Feedback Mechanisms etc. He brings in a rich experience of working for more than 10 Years in the industry.
Mr Imran Sami has undertaken various CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility Projects ) and also has vast exposure to running and maintaining Fees Based Skilling initiatives. Mr Imran has brought in various insights which are needed to smoothly run the business enterprise at all levels and creating a win-win situation for all stakeholders in Skilling and Vocational Education Ecosystem. For the last 11 Years, Mr Imran Sami is working in the education field in many forms and formats.
Ms Deepika is managing the process control and the documentation part of almost all skilling initiatives undertaken by various companies operating in the Skilling arena for the past 7 years. She knows and understands the finer nuances of the Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs), Guidelines of almost all Skilling Schemes currently running and in vogue. She has led credence to various Processes like that of maintaining SFs, Documentation necessary to be submitted for Centre Due Diligence, submission of 2nd instalments and subsequent ones etc.
